Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the JunkyCraft website and mobile apps (the “Service”), operated by Aqua Fusion Media Ltd(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who can use JunkyCraft

You must be 18 or over and able to enter into a contract to hold an account. JunkyCraft is intended to be used by parents and guardians, who are responsible for supervising any children taking part in the activities.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Your account is for you and your household — please don’t share login details more widely.
• Tell us promptly if you think your account has been used without your permission.

Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

• JunkyCraft offers a free tier and paid plans (such as Family and Premium), billed monthly or annually as shown at checkout.
• Website purchases are processed by Stripe. In-app purchases are processed by Apple’s App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms.
• Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Cancel website subscriptions from your account; cancel in-app subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings.
• We’ll give reasonable notice of any price change before it takes effect.
• Refunds and cancellation rights: where you have a statutory right to cancel a purchase of digital content within 14 days, that right may be lost once you start accessing the content with your agreement. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to those stores’ refund policies. Nothing here affects your non-excludable rights under consumer law.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Don’t copy, redistribute, resell or publicly share our project content, images or audio outside your household.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

Our content

All project instructions, images, audio, characters and other materials on the Service are owned by Aqua Fusion Media Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your family’s own activities while your account is active.

Safety — please read

JunkyCraft activities are craft and simple-science projects intended to be done by children under the active supervision of a responsible adult. Projects may involve scissors and other tools, small parts, household items and common kitchen substances (such as bicarbonate of soda and vinegar), and messy materials.

• An adult must assess whether an activity is suitable and safe for their particular child, taking into account the child’s age, ability, and any allergies or sensitivities.
• Always read and follow the safety notes and recommended help level shown with each project, and supervise throughout.
• You are responsible for choosing, supervising and carrying out activities safely. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, or damage to property arising from carrying out the activities.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or remove projects and features, and may suspend or withdraw parts of the Service. The Service and its content are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.

Our liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under law (including your statutory consumer rights). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law and contact
